"Clean, spacious room. Loved the jacuzzi tub! Real delight was the water slide and heated pool!!"

"The toilet was broke.the jaccuzi in room wasnt working&the buttons were missing.the plug was peeling&barely holding on.the water in the shower was awful it was scolding hot or ice cold.the paint on the bottom of rhe shower was peeling&the drain was broke.wifi didnt work.the plug in outlets didnt work.the hot tub outside was gross&so was the pool.very disappointed in the stay.the rooms &place is NOTHING like what they advertise on there website."

"I called your customer sevice number to recieve a refund due to mold and mildew. Dirty nasty room shower full of mold and mildew room smell badly just horrible I will call your supervisor tomorrow I better get my refund I didn't even stay there I check in and check right out 20 minutes later went to compass hotel paid 200 more dollars but it was 4 star instead -5 star. I do have plenty of picture of trash hole"

"It was a beautiful property! Wonderful staff, and clean rooms. The pool was wonderful and we even had transportation to the park. Definately a go to hotel"

"Bed wasn't really comfortable for me which is the reason for my 4 star review. Staff went above and beyond to adjust and flip the mattress. Still wasn't super comfortable for me. Everything else was excellent."
